Welcome to my Website

I am glad you are here, and I hope that you’ll become a conversation partner or a reader friend. Join my Journey! This site is devoted to friends, family members, fellow writers, guitarists and vocalists.
I was born in Germany but have lived in this country for most of my adult life. In California I married and began my American working life in my husband's law office. We raised three children, all boys. As I grew familiar with my surroundings, so did my desire to write--and make music as I did in my youth, see Music Gallery.
In Wyoming I have written opinion columns on culture and society for the Wyoming Tribune Eagle and the Casper Star-Tribune. Currently I write for the online Cheyenne Post, see my Cheyenne Post writings in the page "Columns Cheyenne Post." I also write creatively and publish in literary magazines.
A sunset at my house on Windy Acres, 50 miles north of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and 17 miles south of Wheatland. After an early October snowstorm Eugenavich Tevs captured the image.
To the right, with my dog Abby, who came to me in June 2015. I lived in Cheyenne then. At eighteen months old Abby had three previous owners and would not allow me to touch her. This has changed, now that she has come to know me.
Lucky for me, she likes to travel. We've been on trips to California to visit the family of my youngest, and to Texas to visit the family of my eldest, all to escape the Woming winter, and Abby has become a traveling pro. My midle son and spouse live in the frozen north as I do; they don't get winter visits.
